I moved into a friend’s place when he moved out to a condo and had to make a list of shit for him to fix before I moved in. There was a hole in a bedroom ceiling from when he had to get a squirrel out of the walls. Sent picture of hole, complained there was no ceiling cat, sent meme demonstrating an acceptable fix.
