Welcome to marxism-leninism. Socialist state building is about achieving progress for the people. That can mean building up production forces and engaging in capitalism, as long as the capitalist class is subject to the peoples wishes.
In what way? There’s nothing to cope about
First and foremost, there’s no such thing as a “communist country”. Communism is a very late stage of socialist development when all class contradictions have been abolished. We don’t know what that might look like, but the consensus is that we can’t really talk about a country being communist but rather an overall state of the world.
Secondly, China has a fairly good grip over its billionaire class. They don’t have the class power their class has in the US, Europe, or the rest of the western capitalist world. The capitalist class in China is subject to the wishes of the working class represented by the party with its over 100 million members.
Horrors beyond human comprehension, now MADE IN EUROPE, so it must be better, right?

That’s awesome. Sadly, in my own opinion, it doesn’t reach far enough. If you get the privilege of representing the law and get to use your authority over other people, then committing crimes in that position should come with much greater consequences. If you are a trained professional, then your crimes should carry a much greater weight.
Isn’t it awesome that state authorities that get to enjoy more privileges because they pledged an oath to serve the people get to resign when caught doing something highly illegal and can decide what to do from that point on without fear of criminal prosecution?
So how’s the government gonna enforce this? Slavery?
As someone who has actually contributed to the linux kernel I think the kernel maintainers are doing a great job. Mailing lists work just fine.

The working class pays local taxes to fund the police and the fire department. The 1% make money by operating on a business model that relies on these taxpayer funded services to unfuck their product out of fucked situations. Thus the taxpayers unwillingly subsidize the 1% with their tax money. As such, the taxpayer funded services degrade because the fire department/police department have to babysit a private company’s products instead of attending to business they’re actually paid to do.
And that’s how it begins. Soon they’ll start asking everyone to provide ID to access the internet.
