Where I live, we have a special phone line we can call to talk with a nurse. While most people know when to call 911, when your unsure what to do, the nurse can give you tips, tell you when and if to book an appointment in a clinic, when a pharmacist could be of any help, or what to do to treat yourself if you don’t need medication (like, drink this, apply hot or cold somewhere, etc).

I’ve been going through a depression / burnout for a year, following the death of my best friend (and business partner).
The video game Starfield really contributed in keeping myself sane for most of the year. And with time, I started creating my own Starfield comic using the photomode and an app called Figma.
I never thought I had this creative mind, but apparently I’m not bad at all with screenplays and storytelling.
My comic is called The Radiant Huntress, and there are 25 episodes so far. Here are a few covers or panels.

I do that as well, it helps with my mood but certainly doesn’t motivate me.
Yeah I wake up, shower, eat, dress the kids, bring him to the daycare and start working as soon as I’m back home. My responsibilities keep me on my toes. But it’s not motivation.
