Exactly, the country that shared a massive land border with the NAZIs and was a direct target of their aggression suffered many more casualties than the ones what didn’t, who’da thunk it? Without the combined efforts of essentially the entire rest of the world, the USSR would have been toast.

Come to Columbus, Ohio. It doesn’t have the name recognition of Seattle or Denver, but it’s a pretty chill city with decent weather, good people, and a lower cost of living than just about anywhere else while also having job opportunities.
As excited as I am to see my home city actually growing and gaining national attention, I miss the chill cow-town vibes. Traffic is only gonna get worse from here.

I was a freshman in college that fall and someone put up flyers for a memorial dance party in his honor. They had cheap beer and loud music which was fun enough for teenage me.
I feel like the left need to reclaim patriotism. It’s hard to get the average voter excited for your policies when you’re constantly shitting all over their home. That’s why I hang my big American flag in my window, with my trans and pride flags in the others. Fuck you rednecks, come and take it.
