I could also say “and all forks of chromium die, if it dies”.
I don’t see Firefox dieing any time soon. And the more people use and support Firefox or any fork, the lower the chance of it actually happening.

I mean, he is the main person working on the project, yeah. But someone has to take the lead. When I followed the project at the start, there were many people involved with new features and I also don’t have much negative to say about Zen, for me it works fine.

I in turn wouldn’t call a project with 221 contributors a 1 man project :D

Just use Firefox (or Zen Browser, which is a nice fork of Firefox)

Because they only are doing the minimum needed changes to align with the law. Other countries don’t have the law, so they don’t do it there. Same game as with Apple.

Do you have any source for this? EVs have so much fewer parts which need maintenance or could reasonably have to be replaced. Also batteries these days are gonna last for a long time judging from what I’ve seen.
I see some of the pain points from the original commentator, but it’s partially an unequal comparison, because many people compare used ICE cars to new EVs. But your comment is stating it like it’s snake oil.

Aaaaah… If they were just so restrictive on gun laws… insert image of utopian healthy world here

Not all heroes wear capes.
Ngl, at times I found that he was pretty exaggerating and just talking way too much bullshit at companies, because I thought that all of these topics are not that important and you kinda need to have some dependence on big companies because you can’t do it in a good way yourself or open source or whatever. But recent events have shown that you should battle against companies and also you can do stuff yourself, if you just keep going and host a great community.
Kudos to Rossmann for his work.

Just watched these two videos 6 hours ago hahaha, without knowing him or the article or the post.

Time to finally finish setting up my immich instance properly.

If only gimp wasn’t garbage… Tbh I’m also kinda wondering how Affinity did pull off the move they made with their 3 programs turning into one, at the same time redoing so much of it.am And why foss can’t do it.
Of course there’s money and closed source is probably messier in a lot of places than foss is (or at least targets to be), but is that it?
Raycast, HazeOver, Nightfall, Amphetamine, Yabai, Glide, AltTab, AlDente, MonitorControl, LinearMouse come to my mind right now. Probably forgot a few.

But it’s not about signing the weapons but about blocking the weapon even being printed. Also, 3d printers are a lot more prone to failures and not holding the exact line.
I think the main normie user kinda wants AI stuff? I guess most current Firefox users are some kind of nerd, but Mozilla would like to get to normie users again, which are clearly the bigger share of all users, soo…

That’s a kind of horseshoe theory I haven’t heard of :D

Oh true. Confused that one. It’s basically going the other way around.

There is also neardrop

Well, they already told the press that it will be pricier than normal consoles, because in the end it is a PC and they cannot make good losses with games like Sony and Microsoft do, because it is an open market.
The LTT video on the steam machine is a good watch on this I think

I only have german articles. I only heard it in the video source below, and they sadly don’t really say how the normal problems with hub motors would be solved even though they have a section for it in the video.

Can we have that in Germany too?
