  • No one cares who a few nutjobs in dirty white bedsheets think.

Also, Robert Byrd was a KKK member who started his own chapter of the organization before the political winds shifted and he pretended to denounce racism. The problem is, a person doesn’t go through the effort to organize a new chapter of an organization and not believe in the cause. Byrd was a flaming racist until the day he died and the Democrats worshiped him.

Democrats never changed their message of “Whites are superior, Blacks are inferior!” they simply repacked it as “White Privilege and Blacks can’t survive on their own so we have to give them a leg up.” It’s still white supremacy, just worded differently.

If you believe that white people hold all the power and black people can’t be held accountable for their actions because “racism”, then you are a white supremacist without even realizing it.

  • It was a forced bench trial with a Democrat loyalist judge. The entire case was a sham and should be thrown out. There was NO victim, NO harm, NO market impact. There was no case. Tish KNEW if she took it to a jury, she would be humiliated before the entire nation, so she wrangled a way to get Trump before a Democrat loyalist judge who already had the guilty verdict decided before the trial began.

The goal was to make it impossible for Trump to appeal by giving out such a ridiculous penalty that would have to be paid in full before an appeal could be filed. THANKFULLY the court system went, “Hold the hell up. This is wrong.” Otherwise, any developer who runs afoul the Democratic Party would meet the same fate. To have their files rifled through to find a “crime”, then drag them before a corrupt judge like Engoron, to bankrupt them with a penalty that they would be unable to pay, then the AG would seize their assets and sell them for cheap. All the while the person would have absolutely no legal recourse because they have to pay the absurd penalty first. Thankfully this got shut down.

Even the banks that he supposedly defrauded said they would love to do business with him again and how they made a profit from the deal.

The Merchan trial is a similar setup. The case should have been thrown out because the prosecution could not tell ANYONE what supposed crime was covered up. An impartial judge would tell the prosecution to come back when they figure out what crime is being covered up. Merchan was not an impartial judge. He wanted his conviction so he could have his moment of fame, which is why he let the trial go on like it did, let Stormy Daniels give entirely pointless testimony, then stop the defense’s witnesses where he could, all before giving exceptionally corrupt jury instructions.

  • Considering that there was no injury, no victim, and no impact on the market, it’s little wonder they threw the absurd penalty out.

Letitia James and Arthur Engoron were part of the effort to weaponize the justice system. Thankfully they overplayed their hand so wildly that even the Democrat loyalists in the NY Supreme Court had to say, “Hold up, there’s no way even I can justify this.” even though they spent months trying to figure out how.

Letitia James’s daily gloating with her arrogant daily “interest accrual” posts is proof along with her pre-election speeches about how she’s going to “get Trump” that this was entirely political motivated. The fact that she ONLY went after Trump when hundreds of developers do the exact same things is just more proof.

The case against her for doing what she accused Trump is doing is just humorous.

  • It was also full of Democrat shenanigans that they knew the Republicans would not vote for, so they tossed in jerrymandering, knowing the bill would never pass to make it look like they were for it.

Without jerrymandering, the Democrats would lose many seats because they’d no longer be able to take large swaths of rural and suburban areas, then make a wonky looking maps to link them to cities to ensure the suburban and rural voters get outvoted by the urban voters. They’d also no longer be able to carve out mostly black districts that they have no chance of ever losing.

Without their jerrymandering, they wouldn’t have single party control of Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
