2 days agoCurious why nobody has mentioned that if you take vitamin D you really need to take vitamin K along with it to help with the absorption.

Buc-ee’s for some sweet sweet road trip snacks
My son was 3 and I had recently made the decision to be a stay at home dad. So parks, play dates, and household chores! He’s now in college and I’m working that 40 hour grind and reflect on these as some of my best memories!

Super soaker full of pepper spray/oil. Spray them in the any sensitive exposed area.
