Good, trusted sites where I can hire front-end developers and designers?
I have this project that I need help with its front-end. Due to some reasons, I am not willing to go to LinkedIn, Upwork and Fiverr. What are some sites where I can just DM developers. Escrow is not necessary but would be appreciated.
Suggestions? I am not tech oriented.

I guess you could try Microsoft’s code hosting site (github.com) too, since they have some kind of scheme for devs announcing their availability. I don’t use it so don’t know the details though.
