    They seriously need better options. Drop it off because I’m not at home. Put it at a depot for me to pick up because I’m not at home. They keep saying they don’t have time to deliver everyone’s packages, but then force themselves to try 3 times before putting it at a depot for me to pick up. But please for the love of God don’t make the depot business hours only.

      They want you to sign up for their payed premium preferred delivery options, which includes sending it straight to their depot.

        It would save them money if they didn’t try to deliver it 3 times. Which also means they have the time to deliver to people instead of “just missed you”.

          If I ever meet the person who made that decision at UPS, I’ll let them know they’re wrong.

            If you’re suggesting that they’re not wrong, you should know businesses make bad decisions all the time.

              How did you get to that conclusion? Nothing of what I said was supporting their decisions.
