When super bright LEDs became a thing they felt they needed to put them in everything. “It is new!” I went into my home office to get something and didn’t turn the light on and wondered what the blue glow in it was. Don’t get me started on leds flashlights that all have multimode including rapid flashing so when the battery connection is poor, like when the flashlight gets old, if there is a split second break in power it switches to rapid flashing. Just what I need when trying to get around in the dark.
