Remembering my aunts and uncles from my childhood, a lot of the older people today don’t seem to have as much energy – I come from the US.
I’ve noticed people can be erratic and easily agitated now. Almost everyone I know in their 40s and 50s is angry all the time. Heavy drinking. Not able to process new information very well.
My uncle had a kid at 50 and played with her non-stop. I don’t know anyone capable of that now.
Am I the only one seeing this?

Goes outside, gestures at everything
during gesturing avoiding other people and cyclists because the sidewalk is to narrow for anything
Ooo look at you fancy pants having a sidewalk.

They also didn’t mention bike lanes, so it’s probably safe to assume they either (a) don’t exist where they live or (b) there are bike lanes but the cyclists are assholes who refuse to use them
Do the bike lanes you mention happen to be little painted bikes on the other side of the white line next to the road with no actual protection from the giant trucks inches away? Cause those aren’t bike lanes, and cyclists not riding there doesn’t make them assholes.
This. I’m not a cyclist but I am someone who walks frequently. People can’t even wait to take a right turn while you’re crossing the street at a stop light, they’ll inch right up next to me to the point I can feel the heat from their radiator. If people are that inconsiderate to me at a fucking crosswalk, I don’t trust them not to plow through a cyclist in a bike lane.
