I got to hand cut the stringers. I measured everything out with a framing square. It was all very confusing and then it just clicked, so that’s nice.

Nice looking cedar! If that first step is higher than the others could add some gravel to make same so people don’t get that awkward step/trip when steps are not the same height, but maybe only 3 don’t get into that expectation? You’ll be used to it and bound up them like parkour. :)
