Metrolinx, Hydro One, LCBO online maps display Lake Ontario’s name as ‘Lake America’

Hydro One, Metrolinx and LCBO are displaying the name of Lake Ontario as 'Lake America,' following a similar change in Google Maps in the U.S.

It is official in the eyes of the US Government. I’m simply explaining why some/most map companies will include the change.
