Isuzu pickup truck driven by a boy, aged 11 years old. The child, described as having special needs, reportedly took his father’s vehicle without permission and drove from Don Tan towards Muang district, about 10 kilometres away.
Terrible tragedy caused by being neglectful. An 11 yo (special needs) kid should not be able to steal a pickup truck.
I have a special needs kid and you need to have eyes on them 100% of the time. I’m not judging though, I don’t know the individual circumstances. They could only have one working parent and they could be too poor for adequate supervision. I’m fortunate to be able to stay home with my son.
