My dad wasn’t so lucky when he drove a school bus. He was always sick with whatever the kids brought in and said it was the worst, most boring, most miserable job he’s ever done. Worse than driving a taxi for an extremely sleazy guy who later went to prison.
I actually didn’t mind the job part of the job. I thought I would hate having my cargo talk to me, but the kids were alright. It was the low pay and management’s bullshit that made it awful.
Actually I found that I stopped getting sick. I guess being exposed to everything in small doses every day strengthened my immune system. 🤷♂️
