    The title makes you think this is different from a suspect’s search engine history used as evidence.

    The only evidence here are the questions asked, regardless of the tool used for asking.

    Writing down your crimes is dumb. Doing it on a public website is just making it easier for the cops.

    I’m okay with chatgpt conversations used to convict a murderer. I still trust judges over TechBros when it comes to my privacy.
