Or maybe do i need to file a FOIA or something? If so how do I do it? Back when I was in college we had Lexus Nexus to get such information. Do they have Lexus Nexus outside of a University for lowly citizens?

I am more interested on how Arkansas spend its money and comes in at 200 mil almost quarterly.
