I didn’t expect a protest to pop up so close to me and so regularly and you can feel the emotions. its nice, I’m actually connecting to people and marketing for the DSA and whoever else I can find. are other people protest going strong or if it has petered out. I’m legit thinking my weekly protest can make it to no kings day 3
Yes and it reminds us that most of the pro maga discourse online is bots and paid actors.
Protests certainly gives that community feeling. Like we are all here together demanding change.
Things going on are insane. It’s not just me. Other people see it too. And that’s comforting.
i wish it were!
Well just like 2 months ago it came out that right wing influencers on Twitter were mostly fake accounts from other countries.
There are a lot of companies you can hire to run these social media infiltration psyops. It’s the world we live in.
Just think about it. Trump has incredibly low approval ratings.
Magas might make up 30% . Of those. A good chunk are old boomers who can barely use Facebook, let alone get on other platforms they probably don’t even know exist.
Yet the maga comments are everywhere. And quite a lot are the same thing over and over like ,“God bless Trump ❤️❤️”
Or “put them all in jail” -if the post is about someone defining Trump.
Half the time the English is poor. Most of the time the sentences are very short. A large chunk seem out of context for whatever it is they are commenting on. Or if you engage and get a reply (which is rare) , the replies don’t make sense or don’t follow the point of the video/post or response.
These aren’t American magas. They are paid people and bots.
We both know when people are upset and angry they write a lot. That’s what people do.
Bots don’t though. And neither do paid posters. They just say the same things over and over. Short comments. No elaboration.

Sure ! protests are fantastic. You meet people, you sing, you show off your beautiful signs. Most importantly, you realize that there’s many of us, and you feel the strength in numbers. I haven’t been to one in years though, ever since I moved overseas. But they’ve always been an important sunday activity in our community and I am eager to resume protesting merrily if I ever get back to the mainland.
No, I do It because it’s necessary but I don’t enjoy it
