I’d love them if they would just drop the pro-russian pacifist crap … Their domestic policies are great, but they can’t be let anywhere near the federal government.
Does that matter much in a state election? I guess they might gain seats on the Bundesrat. But the Bundesrat doesn’t have much power over foreign politics.

Democratic system is still not perfect here, but yes, orders of magnitude better than the broken two-party US election system OP probably had in mind…
