Not Calibre it doesn’t have page number, Scroll bar. Preferably I like something that can open it in browser.

Thorium Reader is what I used, both on Windows and Linux
It doesn’t open in a browser, but maybe try Sumatra PDF? It supports epub files.
I’ve used cool reader for Android and a little for win and Linux. Probably worth a try
