The reason I ask is because our bodies as human beings have an amazing immune system and unless you have an autoimmune disease, naturally our bodies can heal ourselves from sickness.

I’m speaking primarily on the common cold, Influenza or anything similar like it, including even COVID.

    You look kind of unhealthy, so let me explain something to you. For thousands of years, humans had no vaccinations, and they were perfectly fine every time they got colds or influenza.

      No they weren’t. Infectious diseases resulted in life expectancies 40-50 years lower than now. Dying at 35 years old is not “perfectly fine”.
