They have gone down from the peak, and they’re well stocked again, but I think they’re going to stay at ~2x the previous prices and call it inflation instead of permanent price gouging.
Don’t be absurd, no one’s rich enough to just hand out eggs in this economy.

How much is a dozen or flat of 30 where you are roughly?
Varies. Today in California I saw $6.00 for a dozen basic to $12.00 for a dozen free range organic.
Outside of the USA, many people can afford eggs. Don’t generalize from a shithole country.
