Yeah, what I really wish for is probably way off, if indeed even possible. I think I was quite intrigued by the ideas in the book Queen of Angels, most especially the idea of The Country of the Mind, in which they use tech to conduct therapy on people.
We could use a whole lot of that right now. However, I think even if that tech were to come online, right now it would be in the hands of those that would most need to be therapied…irony of ironies.

The USDA partnered with authorities in Panama to build a sterile fly production facility at the gap to regularly release sterile flies and hold the line. But in 2022, the barrier was breached, and the flies have been relentlessly buzzing northward since.
