The Federal Ministry of Justice estimates that by 1994, some 64,000 men had been convicted under Paragraph 175 in West Germany. (Paragraph 175 being the nazi one that was repealed in 1994) source

i was looking into this specific topic a few days ago for unrelated reasons, and from what i’ve read it seemed like it was enforced.
(Paragraph 175 being the nazi one that was repealed in 1994)
