minus-squareOnomatopoeia@lemmy.cafelinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up4·6 hours agoYep, on NT4 the instant the last key in CTRL-ALT-DEL went down the task manager came up. XP and Win7 were still very good with it. I think it went south when they removed the requirement for CTRL-ALT-DEL to login.

So, to get rid of it, you now either need to open another task manager and kill that process (and the one you have currently open) or do a reboot…
